Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC at Wecom located in Petah Tikva. The Network Operations Center (NOC) role involves troubleshooting, network administration, technical support, and computer network operations on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Network Operations Center (NOC), Troubleshooting, and Network Administration skills
- Technical Support and Computer Network Operations skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Certifications in network operations and technical support are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
