Description

You will lead the technical direction and execution of GenAI-powered productivity applications for Apple's internal organization. This includes setting the technical vision, making architectural decisions, and guiding your team through design, development, and integration of features. You will collaborate closely with ML engineers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across Apple to deliver impactful solutions. As a leader, you will mentor engineers, foster a culture of excellence and innovation, manage project timelines, and ensure your team's work meets Apple's highest standards while growing their careers and capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software development, including full stack developmentn5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.nStrong technical background in system design, architecture, and software engineering best practicesnProven track record of delivering complex projects on time with high qualitynExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsnExperience building and mentoring high-performing, diverse engineering teamsnExperience with LLMs, Generative AI, or ML product development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern development technologies (Swift/SwiftUI, TypeScript, Python) - Advantage
