Validation Manager

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site is looking for a Hands-On Validation Manager for a key and highly practical role. This position offers full ownership of validation activities on the production floor, including execution, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Perform IQ/OQ/PQ validations
• Validate manufacturing equipment, utilities, cleanrooms, and lab instruments
• Write protocols, reports, FMEA, and SOPs
• Support production floor activities and troubleshoot issues
• Manage validation and calibration contractors
• Handle deviations, investigations, CAPA, and Change Controls
• Participate in regulatory inspections (FDA/EMA)

• BSc in Engineering or Life Sciences – required
• 5+ years of hands-on validation experience in a GMP environment
• Proven experience executing validations (not only managing)
• Strong knowledge of GMP and the validation lifecycle
• High independence, ownership, and initiative
• High-level English & Hebrew
