Elspec Engineering, a global leader in advanced electrical systems, is seeking a Customer Support Engineering Manager to lead cross‑organizational engineering activities in Israel and abroad, working closely with customers, distributors, subsidiaries, and internal engineering teams.
What does the role include?
- Leading the engineering response to customers and distributors throughout all project stages
- Defining requirements and adapting existing solutions
- Working in coordination with System Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations
- Developing, consolidating, and making technical knowledge accessible
- Supporting sales and service activities in Israel and worldwide
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – mandatory
- Experience in technical support or applications engineering
- Strong system-level thinking and ability to lead a technical domain
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces
- Full command of English – spoken and written (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel abroad
