Company Description
eSIMo is expanding quickly, and this is a great time to come on board. We are looking for a creative, hands on Influencer and Content Manager to drive growth across multiple marketing regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead influencer marketing activities across multiple regions and languages
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and content creators aligned with the eSIMo brand
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from negotiation through briefing and launch
- Create and manage social media content including creatives, reels, statics, and short videos
- Coordinate content production including videos, UGC, banners, and campaign assets
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to produce high quality creatives
- Adapt content to different markets, cultures, and languages
- Optimize campaigns and content based on performance data and insights
- Manage a monthly content calendar and publishing schedule across channels
- Build long term relationships with influencers, agencies, and creators
- Stay updated with social trends, content formats, and platform changes
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and influencer collaborations
- Familiarity with influencer sourcing platforms for Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Responsible for managing eSIMo׳s Meta and TikTok pages.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of proven experience in influencer marketing and content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Facebook
- Experience working with influencers, creators, and agencies across different regions
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute campaigns from concept to launch
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visuals and storytelling
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Data driven approach with the ability to analyze performance and optimize results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with design and marketing teams
- Familiarity with influencer sourcing platforms and advertising tools for Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Ability to adapt content to different cultures, languages, and markets
- High level of English proficiency written and spoken
- Self motivated, hands on, and detail oriented
