Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of Bylith departments and team leaders
• Daily work with R&D Heads, Developers & Designers to create amazing and successful products
• Responsibility for building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
• Responsibility for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering product sprints, tasks and milestones on time
• Manage the team assignments and priorities based on the roadmap, incoming requests and ongoing maintenance
• Responsibility for translating customer demands to actionable feedback for R&D while tracking overall quality, performance and maintainability

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree / Engineering degree
• Strong technical skills, along with a business sense
• Attentive to details, responsible, reliable, and successful with minimum supervision under tight deadlines
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to multitask and manage time well
• Strong communication skills and excellent English, required to communicate daily with global teams
• Practical experience in SaaS/Software Products Management – Working directly with Developers & Designers
• A team player with great attitude and social skills that can lead a team to the desired results
• A fast learner that can understand complex SaaS Products (CRM, E-Commerce, BPM, Data Systems, Automation and Websites)
