Product Manager – Warehouse Operations & Logistics Technology

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join the development of an advanced technology platform for warehouse and logistics operations, combining software, Computer Vision, cameras and localization technologies.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology and real-world Warehouse Operations. We’re looking for someone who understands how warehouses operate and can translate operational challenges into scalable product capabilities.

What you’ll do?
Own and develop the product roadmap for key warehouse operational capabilities, with a strong focus on Inbound, Inventory and Storage.
Translate warehouse processes — receiving, put-away, inventory tracking, picking, packing and shipping — into product workflows and features.
Define capabilities around inventory visibility, location tracking, operational validation, warehouse efficiency and KPIs.
Own customer-facing interfaces, including operational UI, handheld devices, onboarding, training and product demonstration tools.
Work closely with R&D on integrations between software, cameras, localization technologies and warehouse operations.
Work directly with customers, warehouse managers, Customer Success and Sales to identify needs and turn them into scalable product solutions.
Prioritize features based on operational, technical, commercial and business considerations.

What we’re looking for?
Experience in Product Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain or Operational Technology.
Strong understanding of warehouse processes, particularly Inbound, inventory management, receiving and storage.
Ability to translate operational processes and customer needs into product requirements and roadmap.
Strong technical and systems thinking, with the ability to work effectively with R&D.
Business and commercial orientation alongside strong customer-facing skills.
Experience working with technology in operational environments.
Willingness to travel internationally and work directly with customers.

Strong advantages:
Experience with WMS/WES/WCS, warehouse automation, Computer Vision, IoT, cameras, asset tracking or localization technologies.
