Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Bulls Media is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company forward. This role requires an efficient, fast-paced, and sharp individual with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CV screen and phone interviews to various positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to reach potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  
  

• High level of English - a must.
• Up to 2 years of experience as a coordinator from a tech company - a big advantage
• Familiarity with Comeet system - a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
