Training Organization Development Manager

Company Description

We are looking for one of our client - a mid size defense industry firm a Manger to lead their instructional design and training operations. In this role, you will manage two Instructional Designers and oversee training activities across two main hubs in Central and Northern Israel. You will be responsible for the end-to-end training lifecycle, ensuring high professional standards and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Direct management and professional guidance of two Instructional Designers.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive annual training plans and educational programs.
• Instructional Design: Hands-on development of learning materials and pedagogical solutions.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external training providers and subcontractors.
• Budget & Control: Manage training budgets, conduct quality assurance (QA) on training outputs, and monitor KPIs.
• Cross-Site Coordination: Manage training operations across two locations (Central & North), ensuring consistency and excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in training management and instructional design (preferably within a defense or large-scale organization).
• Management Skills: Proven experience in managing small team and overseeing complex training programs.
• Development Expertise: Strong technical and pedagogical skills in developing learning content (digital and frontal).
• Operational Excellence: Experience in budget management, vendor relations, and quality control.
• Communication: Excellent Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Flexibility: Ability to travel between sites in the Center and North.
• Availability: Hybrid model requiring 4 days of onsite presence per week.
