Data Analyst

We are a fast-growing B2C gaming startup based in Tel Aviv, focused on building innovative and engaging gaming experiences that captivate players worldwide.

As a Data Analyst, you will own and lead the analytics for products within your domain, using data, experimentation, and statistical research to drive product decisions and business growth. You will play a key role in shaping successful products and influencing strategy in a rapidly scaling gaming company.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, CRM, Customer Success, and VIP teams to deliver actionable insights
• Analyze user behavior on an ongoing basis, identifying trends, baselines, and anomalies
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
• Define project objectives, success metrics, and KPIs, and support the creation of internal data policies
• Translate data insights into concrete product and business recommendations with measurable impact

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a B2C environment
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience querying large, complex datasets across multiple data sources
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP or AWS
