Human Resources Business Partner

The Opportunity

This is not a “maintenance HR” role.

As HR Manager – Israel, you will play a foundational role in building and scaling HYPERSTRONG’s Israeli organization. You’ll act as the local HR authority, a trusted advisor to leadership, and a culture-shaper in a fast-growing global clean-energy company.

You’ll own the full employee lifecycle locally, while working hand-in-hand with international teams across Europe and Asia. This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up while being backed by a global platform, resources, and ambition.

Your Mission

You will be the go-to HR leader in Israel, responsible for creating a high-performing, engaged, and compliant organization.

Key responsibilities include:

People & Culture Leadership

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across the Israeli organization
• Build a positive, inclusive, and high-trust company culture aligned with HYPERSTRONG’s global values
• Lead employee engagement, well-being initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities

Talent & Growth

• Own end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning, job design, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Partner with leadership on organizational growth, talent development, and retention strategies
• Design and continuously improve onboarding experiences that set employees up for success from day one

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Manage employee relations with empathy and professionalism, including performance management and conflict resolution
• Ensure full compliance with Israeli labor law and employment regulations
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related legal and people matters

Compensation, Benefits & Performance

• Lead local compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and internal fairness
• Manage salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, and incentive processes in coordination with global HR and finance
• Support performance cycles, feedback processes, and development planning

Operations & Strategy

• Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, policies, and employee records
• Track and analyze key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, hiring KPIs, engagement indicators)
• Continuously improve HR processes, tools, and policies to support scale and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with global HR, finance, and leadership teams on cross-border initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a hands-on HR leader who combines strong people instincts with business judgment.

You bring:

• 3–5+ years of experience in HR management, HR generalist, or people operations roles
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices
• Hebrew fluency and excellent English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Experience working in an international, matrix, or fast-growing environment (strong advantage)
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to build trust at all levels
• A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
• Genuine passion for people, culture, and building organizations
