Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to lead and support end-to-end, cross-functional data and analytics projects.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technological interfaces to translate business needs into data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end, cross-organizational data & analytics project

Identify, collect, explore, and analyze data from large-scale data sources

Define and characterize analytical and business requirements

Analyze and investigate data sources to identify gaps, risks, and insights

Build analyses, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making

Perform in-depth data analysis and research

Work closely with business users, product teams, and technical stakeholders

Present insights and support data-driven decision processes

Requirements

2+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or research roles

Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy

Proven experience working with Data Warehouses

Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries

Experience working with Python for data analysis

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Business Objects (BO)

Relevant academic degree (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple domains

Self-learner with the ability to work independently

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
