Role Overview

We’re seeking a Program Manager to oversee vessel construction and maintenance projects from order to final delivery. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure precise, timely, and cost-effective execution—delivering excellence to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management—from initiation to handover.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet targets.
• Coordinate daily with engineering, production, and logistics teams.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout execution.
• Act as primary contact for clients, providing responsive and innovative solutions.
• Monitor progress and deliver clear, ongoing program reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial & Management Engineering, or Economics.
• Technical background in the maritime industry.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and perform under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as Treatment Center Manager or Naval Operations Commander in the Israel Navy Shipyards.
• Graduate of a Naval Command Course.
• 3+ years as a project/program manager in defense or maritime sectors.
• 5+ years in leadership or command positions.
• Background in the Navy’s Techno-Logistics Division.
