Matrix DNA is looking for a Tech Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing recruitment team. This is a meaningful and dynamic role with real impact on leading technological projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end technology recruitment for internal projects and company clients
- Sourcing candidates, CV screening, and conducting phone and in-person interviews
- Accompanying candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
- Ongoing collaboration with clients and hiring managers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology recruitment – mandatory
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of initiative, independence, and ability to lead processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
