Role Description

The HR & Recruitment Specialist (Contractor) works remotely as part of the Ogen HR team, supporting both pre-sales and recruitment delivery.

In the pre-sales phase, the role works together with Ogen HR’s sales representative, joining client calls and leading the professional HR and recruitment discussion. This includes clarifying role requirements, hiring processes, market realities, and candidate availability, and helping qualify whether Ogen HR can realistically deliver. Pricing, commercial terms, and legal aspects are handled by the sales representative.

In parallel, the role includes hands-on recruitment delivery using Ogen HR’s tools, processes, and infrastructure, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for active roles, coordinating internally as needed, and ensuring delivery aligns with what was sold to the client. Delivery risks or scope gaps are flagged early.

The contractor represents Ogen HR directly when working with clients and candidates.

There is an option to transition to a full-time employee based on proven performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR and recruitment with hands-on delivery
• Comfortable leading professional discussions with clients
• Experience in tech, medical, or regulated roles – advantage
• Able to work independently within defined processes
• Hebrew – required
• English – required
