advanced AI-driven LiveOps platform. Our team is made up of experienced veterans from
leading gaming companies such as Playtika, Moon Active, SuperPlay, Papaya, and others. We

unnecessary politics or endless meetings.
With teams based in Tel Aviv and across Europe, we are backed by leading mobile gaming
VCs and focused on delivering games that are smart, scalable, and genuinely fun to play.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own and drive user acquisition and growth
for the global launch of our mobile games. This role has end-to-end responsibility for
marketing execution across the full game lifecycle, from early prototyping and soft launch
through global release and scale.
You will be the first marketing hire, working closely with product, game design, LiveOps, and
analytics, and building the UA and marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own marketing and UA efforts across the entire game lifecycle, from prototype to
soft launch to global release.
● Define and execute a performance-driven UA strategy across key channels including
social, search, SDKs, and ad networks.
● Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns with full ownership over budgets,
forecasting, and performance.
● Continuously optimize campaigns to hit ROAS, LTV, CPI, and retention targets.
● Lead creative strategy and hands-on creative testing, working closely with
designers and video creators to iterate quickly and scale winning concepts.
● Analyze cohort performance and marketing data to drive daily optimization and
longer-term strategic decisions.
● Collaborate closely with product, game design, LiveOps, and analytics teams to align
UA efforts with in-game performance and retention.
● Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the game and company scale.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile game user acquisition, with ownership
over campaigns through soft launch and global scale.
● Proven experience managing UA across multiple channels such as Meta, Google, and
leading ad networks and SDKs.
● Strong understanding of UA metrics including CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and cohort
analysis.
● Demonstrated experience running structured creative testing pipelines and scaling
winning creatives.
● Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions based on
performance.
● Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with
product and analytics teams.
