A dynamic, and promising startup with an innovative and impactful product is expanding and looking for a Business Development Representative to join its growing go-to-market team!
Role Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in creating new business opportunities through outbound activities. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate a strong and qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new potential customers through outbound prospecting
- Execute cold calling, email outreach, and targeted campaigns
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in the CRM
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Development role in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience with outbound work, cold calling, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, independent, and motivated to grow in a startup environment
- Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and English
