We are looking for a senior HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources in our company, with emphasis on organizational development, management training, and employee retention.

🔹 Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Management: - Full responsibility for all HR processes in the company - Development and implementation of annual HR work plans and ongoing performance tracking - Strategic partnership with CEO and senior management Organizational Development & Management

Empowerment: - Design and implementation of management training and development programs

- Close mentoring of managers, support and monitoring of managerial routines

- Leading organizational excellence processes

Employee Lifecycle Management: - End-to-end recruitment process management

- Onboarding, mentoring and guidance of new employees and managers

- Managing salary updates, promotions and exit processes Training & Development:

- Building and executing annual training plan aligned with organizational needs

- Identifying knowledge gaps and adapting development programs Welfare & Retention:

- Building annual welfare plan based on identified needs

- Leading employee retention processes and enhancing organizational commitment Labor Relations:

- Full responsibility for employment relations and labor law compliance

- Managing legal processes and interactions with external entities
