We are recruiting a Help Desk Technician for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Provide telephone-based technical support to organization employees in the areas of computing and information systems
-Deliver technical assistance, including remote access and control of workstations
-Support day-to-day IT operations and handle additional related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Experience as a Help Desk technician or certification in the networking field with a service-oriented background
- Experience working with Windows operating systems
- Experience in identifying and troubleshooting issues with computing equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Experience working with Office applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory
