With experience in SFDC & Marketing Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Cloud team.

This role combines deep analytical work with hands-on leadership of data projects, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to power smart, data-driven marketing initiatives.

• Perform advanced data analysis to support business and marketing decision-making
• Lead and manage data projects end-to-end
• Work with Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud to build smart triggers, manage audiences, and activate personalized campaigns
• Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders

• At least 5 years of experience working with SQL (complex queries, large-scale datasets)
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience managing interfaces with both business and technical teams
• Strong analytical skills combined with solid business understanding

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (SFDC)
• Experience leading and managing data projects
• Experience writing requirements documents and technical specifications
• Business understanding of the financial domain – customers, products, and marketing processes
• Experience working with AWS / Redshift
• Hands-on experience activating multi-channel, personalized marketing campaigns
• Experience in marketing analytics within a financial organization
• Ability to clearly and convincingly present insights and findings to senior management
