Backed by a passionate team, we’re continuing to grow—and we’re looking for a Controller to take ownership of our core financial operations and help build a strong, scalable finance foundation.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Controller to own Noosh’s accounting operations and financial control processes. This role combines day-to-day accountability with building new financial infrastructure as the company scales. You will be responsible for overseeing accounting activities (in collaboration with external providers), leading the monthly close process, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visibility across the business. You will work closely with senior management and external partners, with significant ownership and room to grow.

This is a rare opportunity for a strong, hands-on accounting professional to build core financial processes and leave a lasting mark on a fast-growing, data-driven DTC company.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end ownership of the company’s accounting operations, in close collaboration with an external bookkeeping firm
• Establishment and ownership of a timely and structured monthly close process, including all required reconciliations
• Manage inventory accounting and COGS, including coordination with the 3PL and reconciliation of inventory movements
• Support year-end close, audits, and reviews, acting as the primary internal owner of all financial data
• Manage vendor payments and payment schedules
• Own cash management and cash flow forecasting, providing clear visibility into runway, upcoming obligations, and actuals vs. plan
• Own sales tax and other statutory filings (handled by external agencies), ensuring full compliance across channels and jurisdictions
• Partner closely with the COO to support day-to-day financial decision-making with clear, timely, and reliable data
• Prepare monthly management reporting, including budget vs. actuals and key financial summaries for leadership
• Continuously improve accounting processes and controls, and lead the implementation of systems and tools to support scale

Who You Are

• BA/BSc degree from a leading academic institution - required
• Certified CPA – required
• 2–4 years of experience as a Controller / Assistant Controller in a B2C / D2C company – required
• High level of accounting and analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail
• High proficiency in Excel
• High-level English (written & spoken)
• Strong ownership mindset, independence, and ability to build and lead processes

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a DTC brand or eCommerce environment.
• Familiarity with BigQuery/Looker (not required)
