Location: Ness Ziona

A publicly traded real estate company is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Controller to join its finance team.

·        Financial Reporting: Preparation and oversight of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Israel Securities Authority (ISA) regulations.

·        Taxation: Preparation and submission of annual corporate tax returns and ongoing tax compliance.

·        Internal Controls: Implementation, management, and maintenance of ISOX internal controls.

·        Team & Accounting Management: Ongoing leadership and support of the accounting department and routine financial reporting matters.

·        Audit & Regulation: Managing the continuous work, communication, and coordination with external auditors.

·        Scope: Full-time position

·        Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory

·        Prior experience as a Controller or Senior Assistant Controller in a public company – Major Advantage

·        Internship at one of the BIG 4 accounting firms – Advantage

·        Professional experience in the real estate sector – Advantage

·        High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Mandatory

·        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, high analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
