Experienced Controller

Job Description: Netline is looking for an experienced Controller to join our Finance Department. The role includes responsibility for the reporting of the company and the group companies, annual financial statements, budgets, cash flow and bank management, management reports, and economic and tax reviews. The role reports to the Finance Manager and includes professional management of the bookkeeping team. Responsibilities include: Oversee the bookkeeping and financial reporting of the company and the group companies. Prepare periodic and annual financial statements. Manage and control cash flow and budget. Prepare management reports, financial analyses and insights for management. Oversee reporting to the tax authorities and work with the external auditor. Manage and control collection, supplier and payment processes. Build and implement internal control processes and drive process improvement. Work with company management and provide accounting and financial support for decision-making. Job Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with internship at one of the BIG 5 firms. 3–4 years of post-internship experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller. Experience in technology companies / industrial companies with inventory. Familiarity and experience with Israeli auditing standards and IFRS. Experience working with external auditors and tax authorities. Experience in cash flow management, budgeting and financial control. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, alongside the ability to lead and manage processes. Business acumen and understanding of management needs. High proficiency in Excel and experience with Priority ERP — significant advantage. High level of English.
