Service Planning & Control Coordinator

We are expanding our Service team and looking for a Service Planning & Control Coordinator to join our Compressed Air Department.

Full-time position | Holon | Flexible working hours / Parent-friendly position available.

• Opening service calls (breakdowns and preventive maintenance) and providing professional support to customers.
• Analyzing and reducing gaps between planned service activities and actual execution.
• Planning work schedules and ongoing monitoring, in close collaboration with team leaders.
• Responsibility for supplying spare parts to technicians and tracking returned equipment from customers, including reconditioning and reuse.
• Monitoring technicians’ service call reports, including system documentation and follow-up actions.
• Supervising service performance and quality.
• Managing orders for technicians’ workwear, safety shoes, and required equipment.
• Analyzing and handling control and performance reports.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in operations / planning / service coordination – mandatory.
• Proven ability and experience in building work plans – mandatory.
• Experience working with an ERP system – an advantage.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and order-management skills.
