A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to join its business service operations team.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining customer service, scheduling, operational coordination, and real-time problem-solving.

You'll be responsible for coordinating field technicians and contractors, managing daily assignments, tracking service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and operational teams.

Previous experience in dispatching or field service coordination is not required. We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for field technicians and contractors.
• Assign service requests and follow up on work orders.
• Monitor task progress and support timely service delivery according to SLA requirements.
• Respond to urgent requests and manage last-minute scheduling changes.
• Communicate with business customers by phone and chat.
• Coordinate between technicians, contractors, customers, and internal service and sales teams.
• Update customers and relevant teams on service request status.
• Work with operational systems, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• Track open tasks and ensure effective follow-up through completion.
