Experienced AI Engineer

TPS Software is looking for an Experienced AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions.

This is a unique opportunity in the Upper Galilee to work hands-on with advanced AI technologies, while shaping how AI is applied across real-world systems and customer projects.

• Designing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions (LLM-based systems, RAG, automation)
• Integrating AI capabilities into existing software products and customer systems
• Building scalable, secure, and measurable AI services
• Making architectural decisions around performance, cost, and reliability
• Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with freelancers
• Working closely with customers, product, and engineering teams

• 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering, with hands-on AI / LLM work
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications to production
• Experience with RAG systems, embeddings, or agent-based solutions
• Solid engineering mindset: clean code, testing, APIs, system thinking
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Familiarity with vector databases or AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Experience mentoring or leading technically
