The Role: As the HR Manager for our Karmiel site, you will serve as a strategic partner to the management team and a trusted advocate for our employees. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to development and retention. This is a pivotal role for someone looking to make a tangible impact on our company's culture and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Organizational Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.

HR Operations: Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and ensure full compliance with Israeli labor laws and company policies.

Culture & Welfare: Plan and execute company events, welfare activities, and initiatives that boost morale and engagement.

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree – an advantage).

3+ years of experience in an HR management or generalist role, preferably within an industrial or technological environment.

Deep knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (Written and Spoken) – Must.
