CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst

We are recruiting a CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst for a financial organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Analyzing and defining business requirements

-Writing functional and detailed technical specifications

-Designing and documenting interfaces for internal and external systems

-Working with SQL and designing ERD

-Leading and implementing end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects

-Working with CRM systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis, preferably with Dynamics 365
• 3 years of experience in analyzing complex systems, including preparation of requirement specifications, writing functional and detailed technical documents (High level design and Detailed design)
• Experience in designing interfaces for internal and external systems
• Experience working with SQL and designing ERD
• Experience in implementing an end-to-end Dynamics 365 project
