Product Manager

A profitable HealthTech startup with dozens of employees, developing a SaaS AI-powered platform that brings intelligence capabilities to healthcare, enhancing medical workflows with AI components to improve performance and user experience.

The company is based in the central region of Israel (near the train line), with a hybrid work model of up to 3 days from home.

Role overview-

• Join an innovative team, reporting to the CTO.
• Work on the company’s flagship web SaaS platform, including the recommendation engine with complex business logic.
• Handle both Inbound and Outbound processes, collaborating with B2B clients in the U.S. and internal development and sales teams.
• Contribute to the platform infrastructure, including writing SQL queries for data access and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance and maintain high-scale systems.

Requirements-

• 5 years of product management in SAAS B2B/ B2B2C company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, multi-tasker.
• Data-driven, with the ability to ask the right questions and analyze data.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hebrew.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Great team player with excellent leadership and personal skills.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Experience in Data Analytics platforms or data visualizations.
