Social Media Associate

Gova10 is looking to hire a full time Social Media Associate for a maternity leave replacement, starting March 1. This is an opportunity to join an outstanding and growing team and work with leading non-profit organizations and technology companies. The right candidate has native level English language skills with intermediate level Hebrew. S/he should have top-notch content writing skills, a passion for social media, and proficiency with major social media platforms, including X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as experience with social media management tools such as HootSuite, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate also has experience using video and photo editing tools, such as Canva, CapCut, or Edits. This is a client facing role that requires prior experience in client relations.

Responsibilities include:

- Work with our media relations team in creating results-driven organic and paid social media strategies for our clients

- Think creatively and bring new, fresh ideas to the Gova10 team and to our clients

- Execute day-to-day organic and paid social strategy on behalf of select clients as well as the Gova10 accounts

- Develop engaging content that is consistent with client brand voice for social media platforms

- Assist in the creation of written, video and photo content 

- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and engagement opportunities 

- Gather insights and learnings through ongoing social testing and metrics tracking, analyzing what’s working and what’s not to enable us to continually develop and improve our output, as well as report progress to clients
