Studios use Genie to move from bottlenecks to continuous, high-quality output across concept art, variations, assets, and more.

About the Role

Own marketing end-to-end. You’re the first marketer, shaping the strategy, the narrative, the GTM engine, and the hands-on execution. Product marketing, sales enablement, and demand all sit with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positioning, messaging, and value props that help sales win conversations with game studios.
• Create sales collateral: one-pagers, decks, case studies, demo scripts, competitive briefs.
• Partner with founders on ICP refinement, discovery, and turning product capabilities into commercial stories.
• Lead feature launches end-to-end: research → narrative → enablement → measurement.
• Build the broader marketing strategy and GTM plans.
• Execute channel work yourself: email, content, paid tests, partnerships.
• Build a repeatable content system for social, updates, demos, and thought leadership.
• Manage conferences, community moments, and studio-facing events.
• Set up lightweight analytics to track pipeline impact and guide iteration.

Key Requirements

• English mother-tongue level.
• Full-stack marketer: brand, product marketing, GTM, demand.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing roles.
• Strong product-marketing instincts, especially sales support and storytelling for creative/technical audiences.
• Comfortable building strategy and vision—and equally comfortable rolling up sleeves.
• Experience with game studios, creative tools, or AI products is a plus.
• Proven scrappiness and effectiveness in small, ambiguous environments.
