Social Media Specialist

SAGE Marketing is looking for a creative, trend-driven Social Media Specialist with strong Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reels production skills. 

SAGE Marketing is a leading B2B and B2C marketing agency working with both global tech companies and local Israeli brands. We operate as a CMO-as-a-Service partner, providing strategy, creative, content, and social media management in English and Hebrew to help companies grow, stand out, and build strong digital presence across platforms.

If you understand how to build visual storytelling, capture attention through short-form video, and translate trends into brand impact - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute content across Instagram and LinkedIn for multiple clients.
• Create high-quality Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
• Edit videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, etc.
• Build content calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
• Adapt trending formats for brand-safe storytelling.
• Write social captions and micro-copy in Hebrew and English.
• Design visually appealing assets using Canva.
• Collect content from clients (onsite and remotely) and manage shooting needs.
• Analyze insights and optimize content for both platforms.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn for brands.
• Experience supporting B2B brands on LinkedIn.
• Strong video editing + Reels expertise - mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn trends, formats, and performance.
• Excellent visual sense and design capability.
• Ability to tell stories through video and micro-content.
• Brilliant time management - handling multiple brands simultaneously.
• Strong communication in Hebrew and English.
• Portfolio with Reels + social content required.
