Role Overview
We’re looking for a self-starter, data-driven, high-ownership UA Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. You will take full ownership of acquisition across paid social, experimentation, creative strategy, and growth loops. This is a high-impact role where you will shape Thrillzz’s user growth from the ground up, partner directly with the CMO, and operate with full autonomy.
Responsibilities
Paid Social & Performance Marketing
- Own and scale acquisition across TikTok, Snap, Meta, and emerging social channels
- Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and optimizations with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and retention
- Build, manage, and iterate Creative + CPP testing frameworks for continuous A/B experimentation
- Partner closely with design to synthesize learnings, develop hypotheses, and streamline production
- Deeply analyze creatives to identify winning patterns, angles, and new opportunities
Cross-Channel Growth
- Experience with DSPs (Moloco, Liftoff, Unity, Kayzen), ad networks, and incent traffic
- Build and test incremental UA channels while managing fraud, quality, and attribution nuances
Attribution & Analytics
- Strong command of MMPs (Singular preferred), SAN setups, SKAN V4+, privacy-centric optimization
- Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies, event mapping, revenue tracking, postbacks, and partner integrations
- Define reporting, dashboards, daily KPIs, cohort analysis, and creative-level performance insights
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Build a culture of constant experimentation — hypothesis → launch → measure → iterate
- Work closely with the CMO to update strategy, performance insights, and weekly priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, design, and leadership
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities, blockers, and solutions
Requirements
- over 4 years of hands-on Mobile UA experience (sports or gaming a strong plus)
- Deep expertise managing TikTok, Snap & Meta at scale
- Strong creative instincts and ability to extract performance insights from angles, hooks & asset breakdowns
- Fluency in attribution mechanics: MMPs, SKAN, SAN, event mapping, cohort modeling
- Proven ability to scale budgets while maintaining CPA, ROAS & LTV efficiency
- Highly analytical with command of dashboards, pacing, structured reporting & cohort views
- Independent, decisive, fast executor who thrives in a high-velocity startup culture
- Strong communicator who can influence prioritization and partner effectively cross-functionally
- Bonus: DSP/network experience, U.S. sports audience familiarity, sweepstakes/fantasy exposure, creative automation workflows
AI Capabilities (2025 Required)
- AI-native execution across the full UA lifecycle: testing velocity, research, QA, and competitive scans
- Ability to use copilots (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Claude, etc.) to accelerate creative iteration, CPP validation, and breakdowns
