User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for User Acquisition Manager for fast-growing marketing company located in Midtown Tel Aviv. In this role, you will lead large-scale user acquisition efforts across major platforms and drive high-quality traffic in fast-paced, high-risk environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize large-scale paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, and TikTok with a monthly budget of $100K+.

Drive high-quality traffic and user acquisition for High-Risk verticals.

Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing strategies focused on ROI, CPL, FTD, and retention KPIs.

Conduct ongoing A/B tests on creatives, audiences, ad copy, and landing pages.

Analyze campaign data to identify trends, improve conversions, and reduce acquisition costs.

Collaborate with the creative and product teams to develop high-performing funnels and assets.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in performance marketing / media buying in High-Risk industries 

Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Excellent analytical skills and deep understanding of user funnels and KPIs.

Ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and scale campaigns aggressively.

Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Native or high-level proficiency in Arabic and/or Spanish – advantage.
