Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role located in Petah Tikva. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, design and implement effective hiring strategies, and enhance employer branding initiatives. Key responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing candidates, collaborating with teams to identify hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• To be the NUMBER 1 Recruiter !!!
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding from Hi tech companies with a least 10 years of experience- must !
• Strong expertise in Interviewing and effective candidate evaluation techniques
• Experience in Recruiting and Hiring processes with a commitment to finding the best talent
• Skills in Employer Branding to enhance visibility and attract top talent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in technology or industrial-focused recruitment
• lead a small experienced team
