We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with proven global recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide professional guidance
• Manage global recruitment processes and work with international stakeholders
• Handle employment contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Track and report recruitment metrics as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in global recruitment – mandatory
Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
High level of English
