A global, profitable, publicly traded company in the E-commerce domain, developing a SaaS platform that integrates with customers’ websites and adapts them to the target countries to which they ship.
The company has around 500 employees, is located in central Israel (with shuttles from the train station), and operates in a hybrid work model.
The role-
- Responsible for defining, analyzing, and measuring KPIs and business metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and predictive insights that drive growth
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and UX teams to influence business outcomes
- Provide data-driven insights that shape strategy and support organizational goals
Requirements-
- BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Statistics, or related analytical field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer-focused or digital analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Shopify Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- High proficiency in SQL and large and complex data sets
- High proficiency in Excel
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels, event tracking, and data quality validation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, tech, and BI
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong business understanding, analytical depth and ability to manage large, complex datasets
