Innodata Israel is seeking a detail-oriented Dutch Proofreader, to review, edit, and polish written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, for a flexible up to fulltime remote position.

With more than 2,000 customers and operations in 13 cities around the world, we are the AI technology solutions provider-of-choice for 7 of the world’s biggest technology companies, as well as leading companies across financial services, insurance, law, and medicine.

You will be working for internationally renowned clients of Innodata, doing:

Reviewing and proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting errors
Ensuring consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all materials
Collaborating with external and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure clarity
Tracking corrections and maintain version control for multiple document drafts
Following publication-specific style guides
Meeting deadlines for multiple ongoing projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
High attention to detail
Native level Dutch (with affinity to language correction)
Good level of English
Proficiency with editing tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat)
Quick adaptation to new instructions/requests
The ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must own laptop
Must be legally able to work in Israel
