Proofreader

Innodata Israel is seeking a detail-oriented Dutch Proofreader, to review, edit, and polish written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, for a flexible up to fulltime remote position.

With more than 2,000 customers and operations in 13 cities around the world, we are the AI technology solutions provider-of-choice for 7 of the world’s biggest technology companies, as well as leading companies across financial services, insurance, law, and medicine.

You will be working for internationally renowned clients of Innodata, doing:

• Reviewing and proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting errors
• Ensuring consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all materials
• Collaborating with external and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure clarity
• Tracking corrections and maintain version control for multiple document drafts
• Following publication-specific style guides
• Meeting deadlines for multiple ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• High attention to detail
• Native level Dutch (with affinity to language correction)
• Good level of English
• Proficiency with editing tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat)
• Quick adaptation to new instructions/requests
• The ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must own laptop
• Must be legally able to work in Israel
