Role Description

We’re hiring a full-time Prompt Engineer to join our Tel Aviv-based team (hybrid with remote flexibility). In this role, you'll craft and optimize prompts that drive personalized, persuasive conversations with customers. Your work will directly impact sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and test prompt strategies for various sales flows
• Analyze prompt performance and iterate using live and synthetic data
• Collaborate across product, data, and engineering to align on business goals
• Implement NLP techniques to enhance personalization and engagement
• Stay current with LLM advancements and deploy new techniques quickly

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with NLP and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with ML evaluation or vector-based search is a plus
