Vice President of Engineering

We are looking for a VP of Engineering & Product Strategy to lead engineering and product execution at the highest level and shape the future of the company’s technology and product direction.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Ownership

• Define and execute the long-term technical and product vision
• Translate business goals into clear OKRs and multi-year execution plans

Organizational Management

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing multidisciplinary organization
• Directly manage Engineering Team Leads, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers

Operational Excellence & Budgeting

• Own departmental budget, resource allocation, and headcount planning
• Optimize delivery processes and engineering efficiency

Innovation & R&D

• Drive innovation initiatives and adoption of cutting-edge technologies (including AI-driven automation)

Quality & Standards

• Oversee QA strategies and quality programs across the entire product lifecycle
• Ensure high reliability and system stability (99.9% uptime mindset)

Stakeholder Alignment

• Partner closely with C-level executives to align technology execution with business strategy

Empowerment & Delegation

• Operate at a strategic level while empowering team leads to own execution

Who You Are (Requirements)

• At least 10 years of management experience, currently or most recently serving in a Director/VP-level role.
• Proven experience managing managers of managers in global, cross-functional environments
• Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, OKRs, and org design
• Deep understanding of innovation management and quality assurance systems
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly analytical and data-driven leadership approach
