About the RoleAs a Senior Marketing Operations at Apptor.AI, you will own the execution layer of our predictive AI platform. This is a highly hands-on role focused on building, launching, and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns for enterprise clients.
You’ll translate predictive model outputs into live marketing flows, work directly with client marketing teams, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly in production. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, and data-driven execution, and plays a critical role in client success.
ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Lifecycle Flow Execution
- Build and launch AI-driven lifecycle campaigns, including churn prevention, onboarding, re-engagement, and product recommendation flows.
- Translate predictive model outputs into real, production-ready marketing campaigns.
- Configure segmentation logic, eligibility rules, cadence, and suppression.
- Execute campaigns directly inside client ESP / CRM / marketing automation platforms.
Content & Asset Enablement
- Create flow diagrams, campaign structures, and execution plans.
- Provide example email / SMS copy, templates, and messaging frameworks.
- Define asset requirements (designs, product data, content inputs) needed for launch.
- Help clients understand how predictive intent maps to messaging and content.
Post-Launch Optimization & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance across engagement, conversion, and retention KPIs.
- Identify underperforming flows and bottlenecks.
- Implement ongoing optimizations across timing, messaging, segmentation, incentives, and logic.
- Use data and experimentation to continuously improve results.
Client Execution & Support
- Act as the execution partner for client marketing teams post-launch.
- Support day-to-day campaign execution, iteration, and troubleshooting.
- Lead working sessions and optimization reviews.
- Ensure clients are actively and correctly using Apptor’s predictive outputs in production.
Playbooks & Standardization
- Build repeatable lifecycle playbooks and standardized flow templates.
- Document best practices and default strategies across clients.
- Help scale Apptor’s execution methodology and improve onboarding efficiency over time.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth Operations.
- Hands-on experience building and managing email / SMS / push campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and lifecycle flows.
- Comfortable working with segmentation logic, data, and performance metrics.
- Highly execution-oriented with a strong ownership mentality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with enterprise clients.
- Experience in B2C, D2C, SaaS, or eCommerce environments is a strong plus.
