About The Position
We are looking for a highly independent, proactive, and solution-driven Salesforce Business Analyst & Senior Administrator to become the professional backbone of our Salesforce ecosystem.
This role holds full ownership over Salesforce processes, automations, and data-driven solutions across the entire organization. You will work closely with all departments, proactively identify operational gaps even before they surface, and design scalable, efficient solutions that directly support business growth.
This is a hands-on ownership role for a senior professional who thrives on responsibility, autonomy, and real business impact.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Own the Salesforce platform end-to-end and serve as the main Salesforce authority in the company.
- Lead cross-department Salesforce projects from discovery to delivery, including system architecture, automations, and integrations.
- Proactively analyze business processes, user behavior, and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement advanced automations using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and process orchestration.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with all company departments to deliver tailored solutions based on evolving needs.
- Drive user adoption, enforce best practices, and provide professional guidance across the organization.
- Ensure high data quality, system stability, and compliance with security and privacy standards.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and continuously enhance system capabilities.
Education & Certifications
- BSc or BA degree - advantage for Industrial Engineering
- Salesforce Certified Administrator - mandatory
- Salesforce App Builder - advantage
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud including Opportunities, Products, and Quotes
- Strong experience in process analysis and Salesforce automation using Flows
- Proven experience in a global, fast-paced company
- Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense) and document generation tools (Pandadoc) - advantage
- Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and compliance frameworks such as GDPR - advantage
- Development skills using Apex - advantage
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
- Advanced automation capabilities using Flows and validation rules
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
- High proficiency in English, verbal and written
- Highly independent with full ownership mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven
- Strong business understanding alongside technical expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in ambiguity and translate chaos into structured solutions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Fast learner with a constant drive for improvement
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a strong technology and process orientation
