Salesforce Administrator

Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to work within our Global IT team. As the Salesforce System Administrator on the CRM team, you will be responsible to help support a suite of enterprise tools, primarily Salesforce Sales and Customer experience Cloud.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support users with troubleshooting, data fixes, reports, dashboards, and training.
• Create documentation such as user guides, technical specifications, and training materials to support the implementation and future maintenance of the Salesforce solution
• Work closely with IT CRM Team in order to analyze new Requirements optimal solution deploy.
• Training Superusers across all FineLine Subsidiaries
• Preform as the first point of contact for CRM Support.
• Proactively solve problems with a solution-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands on experience in deployment of customer experience cloud (Salesforce communities) a must.
• Fluent in English with professional-level communication skills – a must.
• Certified Salesforce Admin – An advantage.
• Experience building custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and email alerts in Salesforce – MUST
• Experience with Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and other Salesforce security.
