Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our Team!

In this role, you will be a key contributor in shaping and expanding our Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth, secure, and optimized operation across multiple business units.

You’ll work in a dynamic, modern technological environment with exposure to Salesforce, Microservices, Kubernetes, and complex enterprise integrations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute Salesforce administration processes to enhance platform capabilities.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance, performance monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Provide support for testing and production environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Set up and manage lower environments, oversee deployments, version control, and system upgrades.
• Execute data loading and updates using tools such as Data Loader and Inspector.
• Configure and extend Salesforce capabilities using No-Code tools (data model, automation, validation rules, etc.).
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, encryption, and system security.
• Participate in infrastructure initiatives and work with complex, integrative environments.

What You Should Bring:

• Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex or enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce implementation, data model, and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead tasks end-to-end.
• Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Inspector).
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to be available during non-standard hours when needed.
• Nice to have: familiarity with LDAP, AD, Kerberos, EntraID, Jira, Confluence.
