Social Media Manager | Fattal Hotel Group | Tel-Aviv

Fattal Hotel Group, one of Israel’s leading hospitality brands, is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across social platforms.

• Full ownership of the company’s social media channels
• Building monthly and quarterly content strategies for both the umbrella brand and sub-brands
• Creating original, engaging content aligned with brand language and goals
• Managing content calendars, copywriting, and visual feeds on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn

• Strategic planning and performance analysis (KPIs & insights)
• Writing and editing posts, stories, and reels
• Planning and producing photo & video content across hotel locations
• Day-to-day management of social channels, including community management
• Monitoring trends, competitors, and opportunities in hospitality
• Working with external vendors (photographers, designers, studios)
• Collaborating with PR, marketing teams, and business partners

• 3+ years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong copywriting skills in Hebrew and English
• Experience with content planning and project management tools
• Proficiency with design and editing tools
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics)
• Experience with AI visual tools – an advantage
• Highly organized, independent, and deadline-driven
