Role Description

This is a full-time freelance role for a remote Talent Sourcing Partner.

You are a Global Sourcing Specialist focused on identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates. You use advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, social sourcing), market mapping, and proactive outreach to build strong talent pipelines. Also highly analytical and research-driven, combining talent intelligence, employer-branding messaging, and candidate relationship management to ensure we have always have top candidates ready for hiring processes

Qualifications

Hard Skills

• Strong command of Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced sourcing strategies
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, SeekOut, AmazingHiring, etc.)
• Experience with market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitive research
• Ability to source across multiple channels: social media, job boards, forums, events, referrals
• Solid understanding of recruitment funnels and candidate experience best practices
• Strong written communication skills for outreach and employer branding (ENGLISH MUST)

Education / Background

• Bachelor’s degree often preferred (HR, Business, Psychology, or related)
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or research roles
• Certifications can be a plus (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Social Talent, AmazingHiring Academy)
