About Us

Our Program Management group within the OCIO is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-organizational business–technology programs.

In recent years, our technology division has been driving a broad transformation strategy across technological infrastructures and work processes, adopting and implementing new tools and technologies.

As part of this effort, we lead complex, multi-interface initiatives that span departments and divisions, delivering technology programs that improve operational processes as well as business-focused programs with significant technological components.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large-scale, cross-organizational business–technology programs with strategic impact.
• Plan, manage, and supervise end-to-end (E2E) project execution.
• Drive and guide multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining collaboration, transparency, and open communication.
• Work closely with stakeholders and management at all levels.
• Define objectives, milestones, risk management practices, governance routines, and performance metrics.
• Operate in a dynamic environment with an agile mindset and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager – a must
• Extensive experience in managing complex technology projects in large enterprises (preference for financial environments) – a must
• Strong technological and business orientation.
• Assertiveness, influence, and the ability to lead and align managers and partners.
• Strong systems and process thinking.
• Ability to drive improvement processes, identify bottlenecks, and break down problems effectively.
• Strong integrative skills across interfaces and organizational units.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high communication abilities.
• Passion for leadership and creating meaningful organizational impact.
• Fast learner, responsible, highly organized, and able to work independently.
