Talent Acquisition Specialist – Senior-Level Recruitment - Position No. 1424

What will your day look like?

• Full-cycle (E2E) recruitment processes for senior-level roles across all group companies.
• Strategic partnership with hiring managers.
• Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Leading sourcing efforts for open positions.

What should you bring?

• Bachelor's degree – required; Master's degree – an advantage.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience (in-house recruiting is a major advantage).
• Proven experience in conducting in-person interviews.
• Experience working with senior-level managers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to learn quickly and work independently, outstanding communication skills, and lots of motivation!
