Data Analyst

We are looking for a talented and driven Data Analyst to join our growing data team and play a key role in building smart, data-driven solutions across the organization.

About the Role:

As part of the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for extracting data from the organizational data warehouse to support analysts and key stakeholders across various divisions, including operations, finance, service/marketing, and senior leadership.

You will also analyze and develop ETL processes, and serve as a key professional authority in the organization’s data analytics domain.

Responsibilities:

• Providing information services – responding to queries regarding data extraction from the data warehouse.
• Defining business requirements and KPIs together with internal customers, producing the relevant data based on deep understanding of organizational business processes and broad analytical perspective.
• Supporting analysts and data coordinators across all regions and departments.
• Implementing and embedding work methodologies and ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Developing reports and ETL processes using SSBI tools such as Excel Services, Qlik Sense, and Power BI.
• Analyzing BI processes to support troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Software Practical Engineering- must
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst with a strong technological background- must
• Experience with technological environments and project management- must
• Proven high-level SQL skills (including complex queries and advanced functions)- must
• High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, complex formulas, etc.)- must
• Experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)- must
• Experience with Python- significant advantage
