Job Description:

• Operation and control of organizational computer systems 24/6 in shifts

• The job includes: Monitoring and identifying faults in control systems, characterizing the nature of the fault and its significance.

• Finding a solution or operating the appropriate factors.

• Distributing reports and ongoing updates to customers and employees of the Technology Division.

• Management and operation from the initial stage, until final approval.

Professional requirements (education, experience):

• Two years of experience in a NOC\SYSTEM team - mandatory

• Experience from an enterprise organization with hundreds of users or more - mandatory

• Knowledge of the Windows operating system - mandatory

• Knowledge of communication protocols - mandatory

• Familiarity with working with: VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Linux, DB, cloud services.

• Experience working with SAP systems and investigating system faults - mandatory
